Wafid Medical Centers in India are the only accredited facilities to conduct GCC medical tests for workers and visitors. Until recently, the centers were known as GAMCA and are approved by the Gulf Health Council. To be attended to, applicants must register online on the Wafid website to obtain an appointment slip that indicates a nearby medical center.The centers perform all required health checks, including X-rays, laboratory tests, and physical examinations.Results are sent directly to the Wafid portal. Indian workers visiting the Gulf countries depend on such centers for accurate, valid medical certification that meets international standards to ensure a seamless process in the approval of a visa.
